Chronic Pain. Depression. Anxiety. Failing Relationships.
If you recognize yourself in any of those words, you know how devastating these conditions can be for your life, your relationships, and your happiness. Speaking as someone who has experienced all of these myself, I want you to know that you are not alone in these struggles…and working with a therapist can help you feel a lot better.
My goal is to develop a safe and secure therapeutic relationship where we can address your challenges, process your traumas, and help you feel better. But our work won't just focus on what’s “wrong” in your life; we will also identify meaningful goals, and means of improving your relationships with others, and (most importantly) yourself.
Through a client-centered and trauma-informed lens, I focus on working with people experiencing chronic pain, trauma, depression, anxiety, and relationship distress. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I am certified in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through the Integrative Psychology Institute and Pain Reprocessing Therapy through the Pain Psychology Center. Addition, I have received training in Brainspotting, and Gottman Method for couples therapy, as well as SPACE for childhood anxiety, and SPACE-Expanded for ARFID, and Failure to Launch.
